Neil: Please tell us the name of the company and their contact information that has these sales records of the Nashville CD and were to find the sales data of classic Badfinger material since the 90s so as to corroborate your statement. Concerning the statement about Joey doing everything in the best interest of Badfinger yet doing the Nashville recording for his own personal benefit, I'm sure most people do things in the best interest of their family or the company they work for yet also do things for their own personal benefit. If the product came out well or not is not Joey's fault. He neither was the producer (which would have given him control over the recording) nor the marketer (which would have given him control over how it was presented to the public.
