CommentsWell Dan, I have to agree with you there about Apple letting Badfinger down. Apple are for too possesive with their artists and have never done Badfinger any favors. I also agrre with you about the Ass CD, there were many other tracks and versions recorded at that time that could be included on that album. That being said and i'm sure it is the same in the US as it is in the UK, if you see 2 albums of similar name and 1 is priced at $25 and the other $5,it is instinctive to pay the cheaper price. Why it took Apple so long to release Straight Up again is unbelievable, I first looked the album in the late seventies and it was out of print even then, it took them near on 20 years to get it out. I think that it just goes to show how out of touch with the public Apple are, very track on there is a classic and that icludes Joey's, even though everybody thinks I hate everything about him.
