Jose, the information I have comes from the company sales record in the US. True Joey had no say or control in how the CD was marketed, my point was aimed at the fact that Joey says he does everything in Badfingers interest when this was done for personal benefit alone. Surely if Joey has the groups interest at heart he could have questioned how this CD was being made long before production was completed. You can't say that Joey didn't know what this CD was going to sound like when he heard the backing, again he makes himself to look the victim, I still think it was just easy cash that did the group no favors.
