Neil: I still don't think C&GI has sold more than classic Badfinger material even since the 90's. Do you have any information to the contrary? Also, from my understanding, Joey received a payment for his performance on the Nashville recording but had no input or control over it's marketing. Therefore, any gripe about selling out the legacy should be directed towards the producers of these types of product (there are plenty re-recordings out there)and not directed towards Joey.
